Stay is designed to collect as little personal data as possible. We believe your family moments belong to you, not us.

• No Account Required: You do not need to create an account to use Stay. We do not collect your email address or phone number for app usage.
• Local Storage: The photos you select for interventions are stored locally on your device. We do not upload them to any server.
• Usage Data: We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage data (e.g., crash reports, feature usage) to improve the App. This data is never linked to your personal identity or your photos.

2. How We Use Your Information

Since we collect minimal data, our use of it is limited:

• To operate the App on your device.
• To improve App performance and fix bugs.
• To respond to support requests if you contact us.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your photos and schedules are stored locally on your device using your device's secure file system. Because this data is not on our servers, it is protected by your device's security measures (such as FaceID, TouchID, or Passcode).

Note: Since we do not have a copy of your data, we cannot recover your photos or settings if you delete the App or lose your device. Please ensure you have your own backups.

4. Third-Party Services

We may use trusted third-party services to help us operate the App:

• PostHog: To collect anonymous usage analytics that help us understand how the App is used and improve the user experience. No personal information is collected.
• Sentry: To monitor and track errors in the App. This helps us identify and fix technical issues quickly. Error reports may include device information but do not include your photos or personal data.
• RevenueCat: To manage subscriptions and purchases. They handle purchase data subject to their own privacy policy.
• Apple App Store: To process payments. We do not see or store your credit card information.

5. Children’s Privacy

Stay is intended for use by parents. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. In fact, we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or the App Store.
